Hi,

  I am using Motorola E398 mobile, suddenly it get crashed and Software get corrupted. So anyone plz let me know how to reinstall the software, and where i can get the software.I tried in many motorola authorized service centers, but none of them having the software. So anybody plz help me out to fix this.

What software do you mean? Motorola Phone Tools or another software?

Whenever i make call or if someone call me, my phone get hanged, and many of the features not working in my mobile. So i am not able to use the mobile.I enquired in the service center, they said if we format and reinstall the software, the problem will be rectified. But they dont have the Software to reinstall. So i need the software which make my mobile to work properly.

Right,you only need to flash your phone,but will void your guarantee.
Make backup first.
If you don't want to upgrade,you can do master reset.
