Flashing error on E2

I use RSD Lite v.4.0.1 to flash my E2 but it's failed

Status is :
Failed flashing process. Failed Flashing process. Phone[0000]: Phone is not compatible with multi-interface super-file. (0x703B); phone connected

what should I do bro......

Try to reflash it, try different USB cable

remember that:
shx -> 2nd bootloader
sbf -> 1st bootloader

I got that error with .sbf file

I succeeded with .shx file, but nothing changes with my E2...

Just like what keaglez said, the first bootloader is the one that you get when you push the voice command and red button, that's the first bootloader, you have to flash the sbf file there, not the second bootloader (the one that you get after you push the voice command repeatedly)
If it's still not working, try other fw

try different usb port, sometimes, the driver didn't installed when the rsd waiting for enumeration

i think 4.1 is not very smooth with the process , make flashing very difficult and slow for me sometimes
