like everybody knows, kaleid. FW cant sync with MPT, but,
i can!!

i dont know what exactly happens, but youre must give a try (esp, kaleid users who really want to sync with MPT)
i can sync phonebook, connect to internet, and other feature works too!!

my pc spec:
Amd athlon LE-1620 with 1 gb ram
Windows 7 beta build 7000

my E2 : Maxx II 4AP kaleid ver.

and the mpt version, 4.3.6c 10-23-2006 (061013008293)
( i think its hacked, because the zip complete with driver and many tools,
dont ask me where i get it i dont know either, just copying from cyber cafe.)

I've tried MAXX 4 for a while, even did a master reset and master clear, I had no luck with MPT.
But MAXX 2 and 3 works well with MPT.

If you wanna use kalid with MPT, try MAXX 2 or 3, or Krakatua.

PS. I never tried MAXX 4 with kalid off with MPT, you can try it yourself. Cheesy

I tried to disable kaleidoscope in Maxx 4 but still can't sync. Krakatau can sync with kaleidoscope enabled. I'm sure there are workaraounds to make MPT work with kaleidoscope... Maybe krakatau author or Maxx author can tell us?

do you mean I should replace modemeng file with the one in MAXXIV FW? But I'm already in MAXXIV... what should I do?

I don't think so, because MAXX IV cannot sync with MPT.
You should try to fetch this file from MAXX 3 or MAXX 2.
