i really wanted to flash my phone , but i 'm got a little afraid .. so i think i must ask you guys first .

so my
bootloader : 06a3
my software version : R6713_G_71.01.2DR_71.01.2DR

can i flash it ?

what is the best firmware for my phone ? have a fast response and java .

and how to flash it to that f/w ?
