My E8 came with the R6713_G_71.03.0AR firmware. Why is this not listed in the firmware list? Is this worse than the 02 firmwares listed below this topic?

"03" are branded firmwares. We do not like branded fw's very much. Usually they are same as stock, but some locked functions and changed graphics.

Oh okay! This one definatley has locked graphics on it.
Is it safe to flash a 02 firmware with a locked phone?
