I have searched and searched and I cannot find out how to enable Quad band on my E2 without having EDGE also. I know there are seems you can edit with Radiocomm but I dont know what ones. Can someone point me to the right direction?

radiocomm is a warez, you can't find it here, but maybe you could ask someone to PM you the link, i myself didn't like to get the quadband, since it just take up so many battery life.

last less then a day, that's mine, well, if you already got radiocomm, open www.modmymoto.com, search for E2 Bible by Adrian (i forgot his username something like adriangatoli) it contain everything you need to know about enabling EDGE and quadband via radiocomm

Here is a tutorial: http://www.e2mod.com/content/view/22/29/

The battery time problem which Polar_BearXL said is not so true... My phone is quadband (without the need for that) and I have no such battery life problems. If there is difference - it's minimal, which I cannot feel.

Activating EDGE make a lot of battery consumption.

Yup i forgot to mention, i usually use the EDGE so much, maybe it's the reason the battery runs out that fast

Thank you very much Exploited thats exactly what I was looking for!

I am having a problem though, when I connect the phone in USB Net mode I get a yellow dot in RadioComm and not a purple one like in the tutorial. I cannot get the Hex Data (number 4 in this picture... http://storage.e2mod.com/tutorials/seem/2.jpg) to show up and the green box on the top is red.

I finally got it!
Is there a way to check and see if its really quad band?
Under properties it still says Tri-Band GSM.
