I have searched and searched and I cannot find out how to enable Quad band on my E2 without having EDGE also. I know there are seems you can edit with Radiocomm but I dont know what ones. Can someone point me to the right direction?

radiocomm is a warez, you can't find it here, but maybe you could ask someone to PM you the link, i myself didn't like to get the quadband, since it just take up so many battery life.

Here is a tutorial:
http://www.e2mod.com/content/view/22/29/
The battery time problem which Polar_BearXL said is not so true... My phone is quadband (without the need for that) and I have no such battery life problems. If there is difference - it's minimal, which I cannot feel.

Activating EDGE make a lot of battery consumption.

Yup i forgot to mention, i usually use the EDGE so much, maybe it's the reason the battery runs out that fast

I do not use edge..
The user asks for quadband - not edge.

Thank you very much Exploited thats exactly what I was looking for!
I am having a problem though, when I connect the phone in USB Net mode I get a yellow dot in RadioComm and not a purple one like in the tutorial. I cannot get the Hex Data (number 4 in this picture...
http://storage.e2mod.com/tutorials/seem/2.jpg
) to show up and the green box on the top is red.

I finally got it!
Is there a way to check and see if its really quad band?
Under properties it still says Tri-Band GSM.
