Help me please,my rokr had lost the BL.The BL show err:0x550. How to solve it? Pliz reply

yes,i have tried it more n more,but the BL only showed err:0x500 and it's gonna turning off in a few seconds. other solutions are there? i really need it. please everyone help. i thought that my rokr had lost the BL or erased from memory. please give a solutions for solving it? i hope someone can help me.
