did that on it168. But crappy as always. Will try on motofan.ru.
EDIT:
I managed to change my video camera settings to 320x240 with enchanced quality by following motofan.ru tutorial. And now the video bitrate of video is 10x bigger than it was before. The change is really, really big. But I havent found anything about higher resolution in motofan. Maybe that is it168 discovery.

spanish LOL but is very understandable in the first screen you get Video Photo resolution and as a 3 option About the first which is camera options modify compression i recomend you to use the second option of compression or pequeña (small)
