No you don't have to apply. Your transfer is at 6.9MB/s average. The error is if the speed is limited at 1MB/s.

For those who use Maxx E2 kalei, you don't need to change anything, i got a about 6,9mb/s, i think it's quite normal, by the way, i think there is a great speed impact if you got it 6MB/s rather then 1MB/s i used to use Katze 2, and it's sooo slow.
