First time i flash my phone with Anarchy MP 42R. But there is one problem
i can't flash my e398 with other MP. What should i do?

Maybe it cause crash with the Elf Apps. Remove your TF first, then flash with other MP. CMIIW.

What the problem looks like? Does the phone start? Blinking white screen? Then must be the ELF problem

Are you checked the pin connectors at bottom of phone?
Maybe connector problem, or bootl. problem.
Clean it the connectors and try again. (i had this problem)
If the problem is not solved, check your bootloader: see the "Force boot loader method"

hmmm, have you maked the PDS Zone to R373?
Iif you not, this is the prob.
