i cant delete files in mpx200!

i just bought 2nd hand mpx 200. i have problem regarding how to delete/emptying files in that phone.

its said total memory is 28.21MB,storage memory is 10.55MB,device storage is 8.18MB

but why i only can access files in DEVICE STORAGE,not other places?

that drive me nuts! cuz i cant save anything in my phone,especially when i use external cam.

i cant also emptying device storage!anyone help me with my problem?

If you want an original windows mobile edition and you don't want to see the 1st owner's files you have to format it.
Switch off and push the blue button with switch on/off button. You will see a black screen and push yes. After that the first switching on will be longer. You will have the original files.

thx,bro!it work! now i can see much space in DEVICE STORAGE,that is 5.22mb FREE!

but i still have question,how to access PROGRAM MEMORY,& STORAGE MEMORY...??

In phone:
with file manger

with PC:
instal microsoft Active Sync and you can see files of phone

all i can see by using file manager & activesync only DEVICE STORAGE & MMC/MOUNTED VOLUME. what i asked b4 is how to access the rest storage in phone memory. any ideas?

i already tried master reset,& all i have now is only some free spaces(4mb)in storage device.
i think that small free spaces 4 phone with internal memory 30mb. any clues?
