Ah, if u have backup of course... Or delete the /ezx_user/download/appwrite/am/UserMenuTree or maybe copy the one from /usr/SYSqtapp/am/ will be fine... Smiley

U must be able to access system files, with telnet or linksys, if not...flash is might be the only possible solution...

the problem you have happens when you connect E2(memory card mode) with the pc wihout removing the SD of the E2 using the mmc manager.. i think that's a bug from a few fw, not all the fw's have that bug.
Only solution reflash

LOL
how do you think any FW can guess when are u gonna remove your SD CARD? that's hilarious. you MUST disable the swap partition before removing your sd card. If you don't, the phone will hang up just like your PC would freeze if you remove your RAM memory when it's turned on.

Yeah it's happen to me last night... Angry
And I don't have any backup of usermenu tree..
so i tried to master clear..

if you can connect to PC via USB net try to telnet and master clear or masterreset via telnet command..

for master clear :

#cd /
#cd ./backup
#./masterclear_user.sh

wait until reboot

for master reset :

#cd /
#cd ./backup
#./masterreset_user.sh

wait until reboot

@mortale2
It's work for me...i hope it'll solve your problem too
