Have you do this?
Delete two tone database files in audio folder of your phone after you upload your new ringtone  Smiley

two tone database???
you mean like mytoneDB.db & temptoneDB.db??
is any problem if i have delete these files permanently sir??

Yup. After adding new tone file to your phone, delete mytoneDB.db & temptoneDB.db to renew your phone tone database. Smiley

Use Motorola Midlets Manager. It's much easier.

I have no idea. But you can resize the video screen your self using video editor software.
