What did you do to your phone? Did you flash it with modded firmware?
Have you make a full backup?
Just restore your backup. It should be working Smiley

google for p2k Easy tool 3.7 or 3.9, select the model, go to repair, and full repair pds, after that, flash with any flash you wanted

did you make a tp? if you do it you can revive your phone, but is risky if you dont have experience..

google for mstool 8, it works fine, and do the same, select model, and try to repair, then flash with it (mstool) a firmware...
