i connect my e398 to RSD and RSD detect "S Blank Neptune LTE"
what is it?
help me...i need flash bootloader and monsterpack, but cell phone is S Blank Neptune LTE, so i don´t know

in this case
please into dos mode,flash your backup
if you can,t into dos mode,you can try 4/5 short circuit

7) if you don't have a backup, flash the phone with any R373_E398 MP (non-quadband) to update the PDS area and fully restore the phone to working condition.
NOTE:
If you want to use Quadband MP .. you need to flex Quadbandenabler.hs (one time only) to update the PDS to enable quadband (or the phone will blink/shutdown if you use quadband MP with non-quadband enabled PDS)

ok...i flash to my E398 MotomusiQ_v3 MP ( http://www.e398mod.com/content/view/521/30/ ) (R373_G_0E.30.42R), when i want turn on my cell phone, i see startup animation and cell phone shut down.
RSD detect phone:

why RSD detect phone S Flash Neptune LTE? when phone is E398?
