Ya,SIM Applications are replaced by "ELF" apps.. So if you need it back,edit the mma..

I can't flash it! the F&B 2.62 stuck in the middle of the procces, and the F&b 3.0 says that the procces will take 550 minutes (and the time is still rising!)!! I really want to flash it, but i can't! what should i do?! (I have E398)... please help me!! thx in advance!!
