This is my fisrt mpkg software  Smiley
with this software the hidden system folder on sd and phone can be
accessed from file manager

opss sori my bad.. erm bro, i found some bugs.. when i open SD card, i found  2 .system folder.. why its happen? should this software must set to root?

2 .system on your sd or on root folder ??
If in root maybe one is your sd .system n one is phone .system...
But i'll check the script n find out if that was bug...

This mpkg wouldn't corrupt ur apps but i think it's necessary 4 backup to prevent an accidentally like deleting ur apps...

nop..  2 .system folder at root folder.. the same folder and same size.. i dont think that its phone .system..

I think it wasn't a bug bro...
Cz if u activated the mpkg there will be 2 folder  in ur root with name cardsystem n phone system...

hi dustin...
im using fw Only You v4 rite now, i've install systemfolder.mpkg on my phone " not SD " an set it's as root.. when i open system, its show menu card system, phone system & about ... but when i choose either card nor phone system nothing happen ??
i've enabled LinkSys, but the same nothing happen when i choose card or phone system

EDIT ::
when i move systemfolder from phone to mmc, the application can run.
but still i can see .rockbox folder ?? Sad

it just show :
card system - java & QTDownload

@koecrit, because .rockbox folder wasnt inside .system folder... You should make another link to /mmc/mmca1/rockbox/archos/.rockbox...

@Rauna, i dont know why but it happens to me too in the past... In my case, the .system folder duplicated to 3... Sad But when i delete one, another both folder files deleted too! That makes all of my application and games gone..! So be careful man... Backup first, then delete and restore might help...

Btw it wasnt caused by the apps i think......

FAT16 SUCKS A LOT. When you get 2 .system folders, it's because FAT16 failed. Go to your PC and make chkdsk X: /f (where X is your E2 drive letter) to check and fix your SD FAT16 partition. Or..... do it from your E2, using dosfsck utility (get the binaries HERE , it's a .tar.gz format)
