Same platform, different interface. Ming is touchscreen, e2 is keypad. It need 90% modd ming FW.

You'll only be able to use the joy stick and off course,no touch screen support.
What's worse,you'll have some trouble with restoring e2 firmwares.

even if you restore an E2 FW, you'll get problems with your battery. Would be better porting picsel on E2...

But, theoritically, its possible to use Ming gui on E2. Copy the lib files and the SYSqtapp files to E2. Add the lib files to LD_LIBRARY_PATH and run any SYSqtapp.

Z6 on E2 is totally impossible. (:
Z6 is the first real LJ phone, uses different CPU therefore different "instructions" for the softwares. It is definitely not possible to flash its firmware and impossible to use the libs on our phone.
E2 Families are E6 and A1200. Same CPU and similar LIBS.

Yes, I have tested on my rokr e2 and getting the battery problem.  Now, how can I solve this problem?Please Help me.. |
