   L7 EOR_RB, DCR_RB
   v3i 03R
- posibility to show voltage of baterry x.xx V or voltage percent xx%
- refresh time stored in date.cfg

i've edit the GUI_PortKit program (got it from M3)
functions updated, edited and works with the software.
i've use it to port to 46R and works like a charmed!
all elf apps works.

the good on this software is to port elf to other firmwares and update the elfpacks (patches CG1, elfloader.lib and lib.o).

download it @ my esnips.

I finall got PortKit 1.0 to work,updated my elfpack with libgen that Niksy attach,but the phone still rebooting. But i've tried it on 46R. I'll try with 49R later.
