yes i know ur phone rokr.but u can tell what MP that u use n long time ago that fone it rigt.if know can use that phone.maybe ur HW of ur phone is broken.

i agree with matrice..
But if it's not a h/w problem,
check the video length seem

make sure it's not FF FF
it has to be 07 D0
Cause FF FF settings only wokr on R373 42R and 43R
