e2 problem,help me

hi friends,
i have bought an e2  a few days ago.but there is a problem.
while the phone is open,everything is ok,
when i  leave the phone alone for 10-20 minites ,i find it locked.
screnn is off,keys are not working.
i remove and mount  the battery again.then the phone openning normally.
but the problem  is repeating.

software or hardware problem,what is this?

the original firmware was 40p.i flash to 41p stock.is this fw in the warranty?
but ,problem is still keeping on.
but i discovered that,this problem is appearing only when the battery is weak.
but there is no batt.warning. batt indicator is full.
when i carge the phone fully, there is no problem for at least one day.
after that i frequently find the phone locked.but  batt.indicator is full.
it starts normaly by remove-install the batt many times without no batt warnnings. :'(

the phone is new.
in my country,warranty procedures long take long time (e few mounts).and generally
they claim "liquid contact",no warranty

Definetly hardware problem. My E2 was 40p i didn't have such a case happening to me before. You should check with the outlet you bought your E2 with if you have any warranty, because if you try to mod and find out modding doesn't help you then you just wasted your warranty.
