Hello, I am wanting to make a backup of my Z6 to begin to modify it, it could do that with RSD Lite (my version 3.4 and 4.1) but Windows Vista not let me install it, if the problem of drivers, which are those that I have to be installed for that? Although I am not sure that is for the drivers, who would you recommend?

Thanks.  Wink

rsd lite is used to flash your phone, not to back up.It might be possible to back up the fw with flash&backup?but chances are the dumped files can't be flashed directly.

In fact back up is not necessary for moto linux phones. You can flash back to stock firmwares if there's any problem.
However you can back up data like contacts, sms and so on with MPT.

The forum 3M must first steps of attempted backup Z6, F & B 3.0.7, but there is a screen error then, we hope that it will soon be resolved in order to make backup Z6.

Ypu can't make backup of all flash, but you can copy ezx_local and ezxusr to flash card. And for installing RSD lite yopu need to bee full admin. Go to Control panel->Administrating->Local users and goups-> Users, turn on Adminsitrator and logon. From This uder you can install RSD Lite
