Z6 Problem with sms

Hi everyone, this is my first post so hi to all.
The thing is that when i recieve an sms the phone displays the sender's number with the prefix,
instead of showing the contact name. I have a lot of contacts, and i can't memorise all numbers, and
i have to ask every time i recieve a message who the hell is.
Hope somebody can help.
