i have a question. is there a way to make message writing faster?
so that the letter highlight is shorter

Yep, maybe you can try MotoSpeed for change your DRM speed. It can make the message writing faster than before, it signed with the blinking cursor faster.
Correct me if wrong...

One more thing! Yes, MotoSpeed will increase writing speed in some ways... But the speed of text typing also depends on skins! In some skins it gets slower when you get ~to beggining of the second page or so, and it keeps slowing down with every letter... That sucks, but some skins are optimized greatly, like MoloUltimate by Zie The Master Smiley

And one more thing! I read somewhere that increased iTap dictionary size can also slowdown the writing... But Im not sure about that, I removed iTap from my LP...

Yep, increasing iTap dictionary size made your typing message will be slown. I was feel that... Like niksy, I removed iTap from my LP too...
