I have discovered something interestnig;] i have edited mediaplayer's config file and now in file manager avi files are recognizing as videos. looks better for me:)
if you want this too just put attached file into My_Favor folder and add this command to autorun.txt:

if [ -f /ezxlocal/download/mystuff/unKnown/My_FAVOR/.mp_extensions.config ]
then
  mount --bind /ezxlocal/download/mystuff/unKnown/My_FAVOR/.mp_extensions.config /usr/SYSqtapp/mediaplayer/.mp_extensions.config
fi

It just for looking like media player can regconize avi so file manager detected as video file, make it better looking, for playing, of course we need ZM Player... Wink

it is support mp4 too? good job, u can found this hidden file .mp_extensions.config

of course:P but default media player still can't play avi i think the reason is missing codec. i have done that only for better looknig
just use ZMplayer for playing Tongue

but it detects:P i don't understand what you mean...phone manager was always detecting mp4 as videos also with preview
