my main menu icon all disappear, setting, file manager, office tool, easy say all gone. the only thing appear in my main menu is all the application that installed in my SD. i'm using rokr ultimate.

One word to all is reflashing...It's a matter of main menu tree that has been messing up...Reflash is the only solution.

Yup he's right, cos the menu tree is read only.
So the solution only reflashing

Delete the menu tree file, then restart your phone, the files will then be automatically generated and your main menu will be fixed...

U can also do a master reset with voice button (acess settings), or
telnet # cd .backup
# ./masterreset_user.sh
(this command might give problems on 48P fw)
or
Delete the menu tree file (ezx_usr\download\appwrite\am\UserMenuTree)
U can reflash any fw u like, but if u hav alot of stuff on mem cad, u must wait a wile b4 going 2 main menu. Sometimes wen i got 100+ app/games installed, i must wait dout 2-5mins. b4 tryin to access the menu. When i access d menu it takes bout 25+sec. b4 it opens. U only need 2 press main menu once or twice, no more or it will crash and menu will b gone(again).
Then relocate the games from main menu.

As Panchoo has said, delete this ezx_usr\download\appwrite\am\UserMenuTree
