What is this thread about?
I hope by creating this thread, a common architecture for MP would be established. All MP creators will follow this minimum specifications to keep things simple. (For example, it is required for each MP to contain /ezxlocal/autorun.txt. This way, it will be easy for scripters or programmers to the file.)

Hmm, any idea how the thread should be organize? Would using table suffice? And please don't suggest ridiculous things. Wink

Autorun First files: /ezxlocal/first.txt
Autorun files: /ezxlocal/autorun.txt
Minimum skin: Alkali (V8)
Minimum applications/java: Toolbox, Terminal
Others: Automount Swap

It must include swap too, so it won't be so troublesome to start the swap script everytime we switch on the phone...

Not going to work man - sadly. People in Russia and China will not listen to us - they have their own specifications and requirements for MP and they are working by them on their own. You can't blame them for that anyway - they look at their own users, not us

They won't follow but there would be others who will, the vietnamese etc. We just need to pass the word to them. I'm sure.
