I want to know why when i cnct the phone and using the MPT the phone show is not e2 but other my phone is e2. I'am using vista.

What type of phone does it shown? Have u already installed the newest driver for E2 in your vista? U can search on section 'Software (PC)'. Or maybe vista   is the problem? Anyone can help? Thx

After i install the latest driver only can use this software before i can't use a all.
