There should be "Motorola Phone Software" program coming with the CD with the phone. It must also include an Outlook plugin, so you can easily synchronize with the Windows address book...

I wasn't able to find third party software, except one for photo id phonebook. I am sending you a private message about it

must be similar... It's still windows mobile, but different versions. Older software may work too
