How to backup firmware and reflash it working?

I've been searching all over this wide net and didn't discovered how to do this.

Is there anyone, with a pure soul, that knows how backup the firmware (maybe using the getos?), generate the sbf and shx and restore it to the phone?

In case of "yes", can this holy person describe how?

use sbf tool by lucrece to make it into a sbf

open a mp with sbf tool by lucrece and then replace the files with the files from getos (backup files)
