how to update the software of Razr V3i

My mobile was infected by a virus. I used my computer's antivirus to tackle it but it removed everything from the phone. Now although the phone works fine but when I connect it to the computer the explorer doesn't show its folders(music, videos, pictures etc).
What do I do? My warranty period is over as well.

Just flash a firmware over your existing and it will refresh all phone data...
