Yuppz. Use p2ktools to change flex fersion. Use Motorola Bootscreen Replacer to change Ur bootscreen (the first picture when Ur phone turned on) and just replace the file named Cust~start_up in a/ folder to change the startup animation with Ur own.

Here you go, BootScreen Replacer, its very easy to use... You need CG1 of your phone or you can make a patch for bootscreen replacement and patch it F&B

But, in the Motorola Bootscreen Replacer, there is no 49r flash type in the option "Choose flash type and image". Whereas, i want to change bootscreen of f/w 49R. So... how can I change the 49R bootscreen?

simple, you can change it with P2KTool 0.8 version. look at e398mod.com at P2KTool. I hope it can help yuo guys...
