Motorola Delays Cell-Phone Spinoff, Drops Platforms

Motorola confirmed Thursday that it will eliminate its MOTOMAGX and Symbian platforms in order to focus on the Google Android, Windows Mobile, and P2K 3G solutions. The company will also delay plans to spin off its mobile business into a separate entity.

yay!!!!! no more Symbian!!!! i just cant tell you how happy i feel!!!!!! but then, they have put a lot of effort on MAGX.....it is such a shame.....

No need a shame to eliminate MotoMagX Platform. No need a shame to eliminate Symbian UIQ Platform.
Motorola eliminate MOTOMAGX and Symbian platforms for save the money. Google Android is free.
