JPC is an x86 PC emulator written in Java. Can you try it on different phones and see if it can work for you?

Go to the "Download the Mobile Demo Application" section at http://www-jpc.physics.ox.ac.uk/getjpc.html

edit: direct downloads for the lazy http://www-jpc.physics.ox.ac.uk/mobile/JPC.jad and http://www-jpc.physics.ox.ac.uk/mobile/JPC.jar

reedit - or try the GrafMoto edit: http://www.turboupload.com/download/LPxxnNh5XU7u/jpc.rar

Add:
- Tested with no luck, out of memory error...even with 4096kb heap...
- What is the differences with the Grafmoto (attached) one? I got a broken archive while download it... Can u upload it again, but dont use rar...zip or tar.gz or 7z is fine... (seems like i have some problem with rar files) Sad

new DL link...

If you are using E2:
1. Install JPC on the flash card
2. By telnet do the following edits:
- \\192.168.16.2\sd\.system\java\DownloadApps\MIDlet*the midlet number of JPC*\registry
 - change the parameter Mot-JavaVM-Heapsize to 6

- \\192.168.16.2\system\ezx_user\download\appwrite\setup\ezx_system.cfg
change JavaHeapSize = 0

3. Reboot phone
4. Using VMemory (http://www.turboupload.com/download/evOxatNXkIbV/VMemory.rar) mount a swap file 16-32MB
5. Start the program

It may need a lot of time to boot... But soon you will see the "A:\>_" command prompt where you can enter your favourite DOS commands Smiley
If you get stuck in the bios try hitting the joystick or "5"

Let me know if it works for you and I can post it on E2mod Smiley
