How to make it work? Revolution V.3 have that option... So,is it a seem edit or what?

Its a SEEM edit but I cant find it in the SEEM map, forgot its name.. :S
There is patch for some firmwares with which you can turn on/off that instead of BatterySave

Yup. There's a patch for it.
Just find it at patch section. Name of the patch is Ascending ring if I'm not mistaken.
It will replace Preferred Card option in Initial Setup

Ya... are_goenk's right. It's a patch, and replace Preferred Card in Initial Setup. It called Increase Ringtone, and you need to modify the langpack for it. Strings ID's are :

     - 0102 : Increase Ringtone
     - 020A : Inactivate
     - 020B : No Increasing
     - 020D : Activate
     - 020F : Increasing

Yup, also right NiKSY... You must edit seem 0032 offset 1C bit 0 --> set ON (Preferred Card).

ok,ok, I got it... some MP-s have that option but I was scare to use it 
is that patch only for 49,48r?
