I've successfully revived it 3 times with masta jzzz tools , the phone already  revived for the fourth times now using moto repair tools ..
but not for long , so I decided to replace the board with another one ..
Now its normal and smooth as new ..
finally found out it was an hardware problems ..

@ansonboy: just flash it with chinese language pack from other monsterpack ..
search in this thread , motosky monsterpack have a chinese language pack , flash cg4 from motosky monsterpack to your phone ..

How to revive it

Tried with revive n repair tools, but still don't work, 

@rxrobo: have U try remove TF before flash again ?
not flashing then remove TF ..
are U flash with original Dar test 16 or with U'r backup ?

@rxrobo : take off your TF n flash again ..
@hawkjohn : - get font.bin by extracting cg4.smg using font_extract.exe ..
go to elf and application thread n download drmchanger82 , font_extract.exe included in it ..
to extract, just put cg4.smg in the same folder with font_extract.exe then double click on font_extract.exe ..
