How to flash Dream A Reality v2.x Test 7 (piercing or fullflash) into your phone!

Patch your CG1 of DAR Test 7 with the patch attached below!


It's tested worked in my phone! You just try it if you want.
And give me news if you had succed to convert this CG1.

Until now, I still use DAR test 7, because it's so quietly stable, has unlimited video recording, good surround sound quality, best battery life (2 days). According to me, it's the best & most stable MP ever since I can't convert test 8 / 9 yet.

TRYING TO CONVERT DREAM A REALITY V2.X TEST 9, because it always fail if I use that patch. Those offsets are different, and I should find the correct one. It's so complicated, I would be appreciated if anyone would help me to make the patch for it. Let's work together!

Bluetooth speed in E398 and Rokr is very slow, about 20-40kbps. It takes about 10 minutes per one High quality MP3 to send or receive to other portable or notebook. Any patch to increase the speed (100 - 500kbps) and dont playing received song directly or just save it in card? thanks.

1)Extract 4xR MP you want to flash by FlashBackup 3 in Firmware tab, then save with SMG format.
2)Open CG1.smg by XVI32 Hex Editor, download it from e398mod.com, PC SOFTWARE tab.
3)In Xvi32, find offset 00001B, its exactly located in the first row. Change it from 00 to 01, save again in BIN or SMG Format. Ex. CG1.smg or CG1.bin
4)Back to Firware tab, in Flashbackup 3, open your 4xr mp again, then select Cg. Fimware then replace with edited CG1.
5)Check Remove RSA protection LTE2 Phone new methom, choose the second one.
6)Select quick flash.
For now on, you should do the above methode before flash any 4xr mp.
Trust me. IT WORKS.

Where DAR test 6 for 79R?

1) Every phone's restarted, phone always hang in white screen.
2) Every I change the langpack, the digital clock in status area lost.
3) Phone often didn't ring even the ringstyle's soft or loud, but new message was still displayed, and the call also, i often missed my phone's calls.

Yeah like me, i had multimedia problems, like no corelets work, cant play music, and can't access TF card when i used 79R in my ROKR, still now, my boot's 0A.02. I can revert it to 4xR and 7xR whatever i want to.
Dont try to reupgrade your boot to 0A.02 when there are still boot 07.D0 and E398@Rokr MP based, it'll stuck in ERROR;0x500, after that you mvst do testpoint.
In my opinion, flashing boot oa.o2 may still be possible if we can erase boot 07 and MP inside the phone first, but no one maybe dont have the bootloader file and the start address of this boot.
Its OTP memory, like locking the disc, may be yes? may be no.
