It`s not a bug. As far as I know, until now it`s not possible to set a ringtone from memory card on R373 firmwares (E398 modded and ROKR E1).

Have you tried gayoe`s converter pack for 42R? Does it work?

Converter pack is a package that contains ramdld, CG7, CG18 and a patch file (*.fpa) that is used for converting E398 MP to ROKR E1 MP.
If you have a E398 MP and you want to use it for ROKR E1, you can use this converter pack.
You just have to replace ramdld, CG7, CG18 on E398 MP with ramdld, CG7, CG18 from the package, then apply the *.fpa files to CG1 of your E398 MP, and now your E398 MP becomes ROKR E1 MP.
What gayoe made is a converter pack for converting E398 MP that using R373 42R firmware.

I want to share my new patch.
I reordered all symbols on keypad 1 to make it easy to be selected when we're writing SMS.
I made 2 types. Each type has different order.
- On type 1, I added 1, 0 and ^ symbols.
- On type 2, I added copyright mark, registered trade mark and ^ symbols.

Edit: This patch is for R373 49R only. Please port it your self if you want to use it on other firmware

He just made for 46R, 48R and 49R. CMIIW

Hi, I just made Add-ons Extension for Mozilla Firefox 
You can use it for quick browsing MotoHell Forum. I named it MotoHell Menu 
Here`s how to install:
1. Extract attachment file below on a folder and you`ll get MotoHell Menu v1.0.xpi
2. On Mozilla Firefox, click File > Open File... > browse for MotoHell Menu v1.0.xpi and follow the instuction.
3. Restart Mozilla Firefox and enjoy

I did online patching 
I used this order: Hours into status to line 1.56 fix > Java in Background to match Hours into status line > Clock Position
I think it doesn`t matter if you want to use different order. Just don`t forget to make Undo patches incase something goes wrong

As far as I know, it came from original firmware.

You can remap handsfree button so it will act as joystick right using P2K Menu Editor.
1. Connect your phone to PC, then open P2K Menu Editor.
2. Go to Tools > Phone key mapping.
3. Click Open Seem > Open from phone.
4. Click handsfree button, then assign it as joystick right.
5. Click Save seem > Save to phone.
6. Restart your phone and enjoy.. 

I`ve tried Clock on Status bar patch last night.
I relocated the clock position between data and java status icon.
I still don`t know which color from skin that related to the clock`s font.
I found a bug. The transparancy of background in write new message is automatically set to 255 after I apply the patch 
I attach my modded patches (including clock position) incase someone wants to try it

It's not a bug. I modified seem 0032_0001 (I forget the offset) to make the keypad light stays ON as a reminder if there's misscall or message arrived. So incase you set the ring styles to silent and you put your phone on table, you still can see if there's misscall or message arrived 

You can edit smartkey function from seem 005b_00001 offset 15.  Change the value to 15. It will change the function from voice key to smart key.
