I am using Motorola E398 mobile, suddenly it get crashed and Software get corrupted. So anyone plz let me know how to reinstall the software, and where i can get the software.I tried in many motorola authorized service centers, but none of them having the software. So i am not able to use the mobile.I enquired in the service center, they said if we format and reinstall the software, the problem will be rectified. But they dont have the Software to reinstall. So i need the software which make my mobile to work properly.

Make backup first. If you don't want to upgrade,you can do master reset. |
