hehe
you should check out this website:

http://vixy.net

It's an online youtube video converter. You can choose 3gp format, put youtube video link and download it as a 3gp video... you can play it on your E2 using Zmplayer.  Don't try mp4, it doesn't work with Zmplayer.

If you want to download movies from youtube, use this program: YouTube Catcher (http://youtubecatcher.sourceforge.net/). It's free (it's open source) and he covert flv to avi during download. Download link: English Version (http://downloads.sourceforge.net/youtubecatcher/YouTubeCatcher_1_0_rc1_r92_english_setup.msi?modtime=1185738579&big_mirror=0) - Spanish Version (http://downloads.sourceforge.net/youtubecatcher/YouTubeCatcher_1_0_rc1_r92_spanish_setup.msi?modtime=1185739357&big_mirror=0)
I guess, vixy.net it's not functional

why do you say that? I just put the url, select 3GP format and get a video file, full playable in my rokr e2 ;)

actually, u don't need to convert anything. the last mplayer can play FLV files directly. just replace "www.youtube.com" for "get2pc.com" in any youtube video url, and you'll  get the flv file.

There is another way to download these videos.
Here is an example:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iHgqa0InHpE&feature=related
normal video link. change /watch?v= to /v/
it will look like this:
http://www.youtube.com/v/iHgqa0InHpE&feature=related
hit enter and this link will appear:
http://www.youtube.com/swf/l.swf?video_id=iHgqa0InHpE&rel=1&eurl=&iurl=http%3A//i.ytimg.com/vi/iHgqa0InHpE/default.jpg&t=OEgsToPDskJ-cYcyoPND4HFmE7QlG92l&feature=related
change /swf/l.swf to youtube.com/get_video?video_id=...
it will ask you if you want to open or save the file.
It will sometimes be a file named get_video.flv ( flashvideo). In this case download prism video converter trial and convert it to a 3gp video.
In other cases the file named get_video will be a file without anything, just file. rename it to get_video.3gpp
Copy it to your phone and now u got it!
ur welcome  :P ;) :-*
