MP for 07.D0 and 0A.02 bootloader! (version 2.x is for 07.D0 ONLY!)

Story: MP making began in january of 2008th year with some usual new patches porting, then it grew to writing our own patches and changing big parts of CG1 code, like patch heap3000 - 1400 offsets in patch. No multimedia/skins in MP, one old skin only. Skins are on disk A/ , so it doesnt intefer with key shortcuts.

You can put CG1 in your MP but you have to link to the original topic and mention the authors!

Yeah,I have missed some messages from my girlfriend.There's no messages icon on homescreen.If I entered the menu then went to homescreen,the messages icon appeared. I think there will be more developments.Just wait and see.

1. After change my langpack i have problem with clock on screen and in status line(i dont have it)

What? When you are in call people on the other side hear what? Some signal? Maybe you turned on that in-call reminder that beeps every minute . . . ?

Java is Sooooo slow=) in matrixBench -95. In my MP on 49R is 130. Why?)

java is not slow but only in matraxbench it's look that, i think the java on this mp is faster than on 49r. DO you have any problem with multimedia or phone calls??

many bugs. when change skin, the Elf become crash. especially Tunes. and autolock didnot work sometimes. hope somebody fix this MP. Btw,great job !! because 79 R, i always dream this

Its just my opinion:Bug on patch talk clock solved,icon DRM on SS is very simple(coz now we can change DRm from skin using drm changer),nice skin,I tested using matrax bench get point 218 but on DR 1.1 only 208

what bug?? i don't have any problems with talk clock (anybody knows how to change it cause i want use other sound, i want separate hours and minuts). Oniech how much point do you get in MB if you run it not in background??

@apollo I tested no on background get point 101.when I try DR 1.1 on my phone the sound not work.what do you mean change sound?I had change it using english sound from voice Time its work!but only from 8am to 8pm,I think its coz configuration settings.Do you know how to edit cfg to make work 24hours

in poland whe talk something like for example 01:19 - first : nineteen not one hours nineteen minutes and i want change the first one value and remove "minutes" and "hours".

you need to change value in 38 and 3C because the diffrence about this two offsets values is the size of clock

in macho mod menu you need to open motocmd and next open your region table and you will see what i talking about

Who is have update elfloader 5.4 for MP dream reality delux by Lex???

i got a problem after i put more unlimited video. the recorded sound is like if it didnt work fine it records with a lot of noise, like microphone didnt work.

but when i record video on tf, with mms lenght the recorded sound, sounds fine, also if i record on phone memory. how can i fix this?

it only happens if max video length on tf is selected.

well, i do need this MP come true like MP... 49R, No bugs and stable. so when it will be COME TRUE ? for Moto's masta i believe in U to make this MP COME TRUE.. .

Its better than 49R I think(just my opinion),only hold batre on my phone 1 day(but its normal coz 79R firmware),and now I am waitting for 1.2 version.

79R is cool. ..  btw i had problem when i played java game N there was incoming msg but my phone didnt have notification. i didnt know how long the msg waiting to read. when java game in minimize mode i just knew that there was incoming msg.. . any suggestion pls ?

I got the same problem. When flash CG 18, it show error. But it is done,when i turn on it's okey,normal. Dunno why. Maybe our expert can help us. What error messages show up when you patching?

just flashed this MP and ddefinitely looks good. patched with 6_fonts_79 & Camera button 1x camera 2x videocam.FPA.
 6 fonts_79 patch has only one english?
 Camera button1x & 2x video not working
 red menu still in Russian
 Motocmd via mobileQQ still russian
 Call waiting not available.

@jemau manak not 49R but 44R!CMIIW and macho said he need 2 month for port the patches(read on mofan).@ arshedmz if you wont english on multifont,you just replace string2 language on English using MLE.And remove dnp.prf on a/ .If you wont red menu on English edit redmenu.res on a/mobile/system.
Note; dream deluxe on my phone have bug if wont edit homepage on websesion(cant show caracter,only number) .Anyone can fix this?

@arsheemdhmz if you use corlet(iTunes,vc,mv,or wincore) dont sett the java heap into 3000all coz its mean all heap uses only for java and if you close application phone reboot,and the solution you must remove corlet or run manual(save corelet on TF).And if you wont talck clock on english put your english sound on c/mobile/vst

Me previously used ritza's mp now dream a reality. But my iTunes corelet does not respond when I press itunes button in tools. My iTunes corelet on tf (version Poer 4.42). Also p2k tools does not detect elf folder on a drive and no b drive detected. Somebody please help me ressolvce these issues.....

if u flash this on 79r i will kill u phone,

i flashed it in unlimitedmoto 49 from oniech, and the bluetooth on java works fine, but elf don't loads or works after flash.

You can ask for a name patch that reduces the backlight as in the sony ericsson.

@devkail as far I know dar 2x test3 no 49r but 44r,and on unlimited moto 49r run elf on disk a,then remember on porkit dar 2x,run elf from c and patch folder  elf no Elf,so you ned litle modify on auto.run elf or on patch elf

You can send file over bluetooth by java apps, i.e. minicomander. CMIIW. :)

It means that now we have JSR82 in JAVA! So, now any JAVA app/game can use bluetooth... We finally can bluehack, bluejack and play multiplayer games over bluetooth!

yeah still only cg1, I saw description you need config for Tunes and ElfRunner put on your Flex first and @oniech said this's 44R, but I'm not sure. For me it's 49R and FB 2.62 yeah

@zdunex yup I was see on BL mode and they are 44R,but I am not sure this piercing original 44R,coz I try change BootScreen its diffrent address from original 44R and I must port some patch from original 44R for make its works.Then I am wrong on test 5 elfpack not stable!like test3.

I mentioned before, it's based on elektro's v0.4alpha4 firmware which is based on 44R! Latest elektro's firmware is actually mixed from 7xR and 4xR, that way he achieved unlimited video recording on a 4xR...

Yeah my MP or flex doesn't support DAR. May be caused my MP's flex is original flex not elektro mod. Exp: MPX Deluxe.

ElfPack is not applied yet, so you can't run any ELF apps.
MotoCMD, Tunes, and ElfRunner run without ElfPack because they convert it to patch.

So, you have to add new address on it.

yeah i use ringtone from tf..
Select song as you want in tf from sound option and press menu and choose apply as ringtone.
But only for calls not for message.
But You can use it for message but you must use same ringtone for call and for message..

Patch your CG1 of DAR Test 7 with the patch attached below!


It's tested worked in my phone! You just try it if you want.
And give me news if you had succed to convert this CG1.

Until now, I still use DAR test 7, because it's so quietly stable, has unlimited video recording, good surround sound quality, best battery life (2 days). According to me, it's the best & most stable MP ever since I can't convert test 8 / 9 yet.

I'm not recommend you to flash DAR 2 test7.
Test 10 must be work on Rokr.
Some people have tried.
We have 2 friends here that successfull flashed to their Rokr.
They are Mr.Zhang n Anthony.
So now,explain how you got that problem with test 10?
for information,if you are mixing the test 7 with 10,or test 8 with 10 and something like that,you'll got dead completely.

Extract Dar2.x_test10.fsw using FB3.xx, then change the RAMDLD (size : 4.228.055.041) by clicking "From active profile" [your profile must be set to "Motorola E1 ROKR (Original)"], so it'll be change the RAMDLD for ROKR (size : 131.064). Then Save as... in .shx, and flashing...  ;)

Who said it has 6 bars? It just lasts longer than on any other MP, doesn't show 6 bars.

I flashed my E398 from test7 to test10 last night and so far everything works perfect! Haven't noticed any bugs yet :)

For indicator,yeah only 3 indicator,but when charging the indicator are 5.
You need to change the drm icon,the battery is from 329.gif until 335.gif
336.gif change to 335.gif,335.gif change to 334.gif and next to be like that.

I think the Hebrew fonts can be read, although the Hebrew is not raised, because in the LP is already embedded Hebrew letters.  ;)

I think it's same as USB Flash Drive and has limits.

There isn't an exact number of flashes (rewrites) possible, but IC FLASH of our E398's can die after A LOT of rewrites. A lot means 500+...

You guys know no history of E398 modding, do you! :P People like Shoey (first 1ER Rokr MP for E398 creator) and eyes_only (V398 MP creator) have actually done it successfully! They've burned their IC flashes :-)

"Zver" translates to "beast" in english. (Same word as in Serbian...)

@oniech 16 entries in main menu are supported. Problem is, I'm pretty sure that MMA_Advanced_Editor can't add more than 14? Or any other mma_ucp editor... So you would have to write them manually (I don't know how, have you tried opening mma_ucp in notepad/hex editor?).


*EDIT* I opened it in XVI32 and... You could try, but I'm not sure it would work in the phone :-/

I think battery drains too fast like 79R.. I should charge my phone twice everyday. On DAR 2 test 7, with same battery, i can get two days plus some hours.
There's a bug on Stopwatch.elf. When i press 2, LCD is turned off permanently. I should restart my phone to turn LCD on again. Menu Turn On Light doesn't work at all.
Also, video camera setting can't be accessed.

In DaR 12.1 camera settings can be accessed :)

Battery life in DaR 12.1 is normal, after 7 hours battery is full, in DaR 12 battery have 2/3 charge....

If you have DaR 13 on your phone, download DaR 13.1 from Oniech post, Extract from archive, open F&B 3.0.7 and apply file DaR 13.1.FSW. Later, put elfloader.lib and library.bin to elfs and voila :)

i can't access the fbrowser in my itunes and can't access also the itunes on my multimedia section... what will i do to make this work? help? i need Help?

How about battery durability? Could it rest longer as on DAR test 13 it drains fast, about 5hr per bar. I don't know it's because of low space trans memory or not. I use 1.9GB of 2GB for musics, pictures, and videos. I rest 100MB empty only. I think there's no lag or slow effect. I can play my hundreds songs by Tunes.elf fastly with no error.
For call ringtone i just use 40secs ringtone repeating as long as the long of call. For sms, about 30secs max. I never use volume level greater than 4. Just 2 things:
- Battery drains fast. Low space trans memory burdening CPU and battery issued.
- Internet via omni 2 is instable. Via UCBrowser is very heavy and lag. I often get unconnected although GPRS symbol is shown.

The battery durabilities seems better than test 13. But I ain't to sure about because I'm not using original battery so I couldn't give a precisely preview on it. On my E1 , although the battery bar had shows empty , but the low battery didn't shows up on the home screen until a couple hours later.
The enter button when writing message still not fixed. But overall , this test is stable and all features is working great.

I have a question. Why the DAR 14.2 E398 does not go for the battery level? Because of 12h have the same or to the maximum level, and listen to music all the time. System indicator shows 2 lines (the settings). When you connect the battery charger under normal loads on 6 levels. Can someone fix it?

As to what my DRM are genuine that is, those from the skins of Chrome <- original from the DAR 14.2

If you don't like MotoCMD and Syncsok, then don't use it.

Macho wont share the undo is because you'll get the MotoCMD patch.

I recommend applying the patches by zh@ng-L14ng in FB3, so they can be applied in motocmd_ep2. :D

About battery hold, it rains very fast. 11 hours only. I have to charge my phone twice a day.
And when the phone says Charge Complete, in the Battery Level's indicated 4. Not 6, although the DRM battery indicates full. 6 strips.

Do not confirm. In my tough battery three days! Lots of music + a few sms + 2 calls. Of course, switch off at night.

What or where offset to minimize the maximum video file size by Video Camera? I know it is in offset 004e or 004a, but I don't know exactly, and how to change it with patch or seem edit? 1. Add support for city / cell phone info display, to display where the location is as N**** has this support and no need for GPRS.
2. Add support 4 and 8GB memory card capability.
3. Add support to read picture resolution more than 1024x768.
4. Deep bass headset by editing CG3.
5. Java load and respons faster and fix for java suspend hung when use 3MB heap size.
6. Heap size increase.
7. Call voice name tag that sounds the name when ringtone rings.
8. Faster, More stable and strong GPRS data transmit and connection.
9. Fix very short backlight in java although backlight is set 20 secs.
10. Fix very lag writting in java when more than 300lettres.
11. A complete gain table editor.
12. CPU overclock. I'm sure that this can fasterize the video record and playback, java apps, bluetooth transfer speed, GPRS connection, flashing time.

1. you can do it by info service is free
2. do not think so 2gb is already slow
