The easiest is to edit your tags and make them English. The better is to troubleshoot the phone - I am not sure how here :)

if your langpack's font size support multi character, (bigger than 2 mb) i think any symbol in the tag can show up correctly. (chinese,japanese,russian etc.) but if less than 2 mb, well its only show up standard character. |
