is there any tutor to make your own MP? i've never seen it before..
I guess many people interested to make their own MP,
and so many creative people in this forum.

1. Download orginal firmware(I mean clean with no patches) or download some of lektor moded firmware(0.3v)
2. Patch it as you want
3. Find/make DRM what you like(mod it if patches needs it; it is wreaten in patches description if it is needed to mod DRM or not)
4. Make some nice skins/write their own mma_upc files
5. Mod seems that you wish they to be moded
6. Put it all in to your moto. Check if there are bugs.
7. Make full backup. Make shx file flom full backup

Most MP's are made that way. The 'magic' people are able to mod some more 'cause they understand Motorola's native language(I mean programming language of moto)

Don`t forget to clear/erase all your private informations such as SMS, phonebooks and datebook events before doing the 7^th step. :)
Some MP makers (including me :-[) sometimes forget to erase their private informations before releasing their MP :)

Just follow the 'tutorial' on the first page of this topic. If you do not know how to do something there is all writen how to do all this at e398mod.com in tutorials section.

I need some solution for reflashing my e398. I can't flash my e398 with newest MP (Blackangel2) because the file extention does not match with flash backup software, it just can detect file with shx, sbf file extention. the 7z extention was not detected by flashbackup.
So how???

U need to extract it using extractor like Winrar or Alzip.Use Google to find it....

1. No, use any r373 (ROKR) firmware, or any you like/want

Basically,all you have to do is make your phone as good as you can with good skins,DRM,sounds,patches etc etc,make a full backup and create the flash file using FB..

Download patches from PATCH TOPIC (https://motohell.com/index.php?topic=362.0). Patch them using flash backup(programme and tutorial how to patch is avaliable at www.e398mod.com (http://www.e398mod.com)


To edit/make new skins use Skinner4Moto avaliable at e398mod.com.
This is the longest step(unless you use somebodies skins) 'cause the programme is a bit hard to understand at the first time but when you try a bit it's very easy and logical.

Ok, you've got a SIG ERROR, so you need to flash something thats made for ROKR, for 0A.02 bootloader!

and what about backing up phone??

I think name of flex that can be change, u can use ELF Flex maybe..

Open your CG1.smg in any HEX editor and search for your firmware name, "r373_G_0E_49R" for example

but Remember the character you wont use must same
example:                                          R373_G_OE_49R              R373_O'NIECH_49R

cause i don't use flashbackup v3? could u teach me full to use flashbackup v3?

Use write data tab menu.
Open flash file, than press write data.
Make sure u make full backup and correct profil.
Sometimes FB 2.62 will failed for flash ROKR 0A.02

About the autolock.fpa,I just want it to be "automatic lock".. Not "automatic unlock".. Because everytime the phone is "keypad locked",and a new message arrived,it "automaticly Unlock".. How to remove this "automatic Unlock keypad"?

to change the imei number use the new imei number.fpa and edit this patch using hex editor for your imei number... ;)

how to create own MP? yes i had read the step by step given in 1st column but thats not show the exact way to create a MP to noob like me.. a tutorial even jz a simple one should include what software need,what to write,to enter.. how to write it,how to patch,what is this number mean,this thing,that thing.. which part come 1st,this patch using this and that and everything.. maybe this sound unfair and annoying but this is call share rite? i cant find any website that have a complete or even a little info to teach me doing this.. help plz

You are not annoying, but why do you want to make a monster pack when you've just began modding? Learn and mod and learnd and mod and then when you feel like you're better than others...than you make monster packs..! Take it slowly, no need to rush..

my phone get hang when i cnnected to motomdman or p2k tulsVS,and the softwre get hang to.

Try to update u'r p2k driver, the last p2k driver 3.7 if i'm not wrong, CMIIW
