There is already a video recorder (or "Video camera") on the E2...

Not as far as I know. By the way, I don't know if it's possible... maybe the hardware might support it (the E2 records video and captures photos with the same camera, obviously), but it will lag as Hell.

But in E2,there are only medium and small size.And the medium is 176x144.No high resolution at all.Hope we could record in QVGA resolution.Just like Rokr E6.  ;D

In ezx_camera.cfg, it shows 3 resolution, the highest one is 240x320.. It possible to have this resolution soon, hopefully.. :)

In \system\usr\setup\ezx_camera.cfg about video strings are:

[camvideo]
resolutionOrder = 0
videoSizeTableW0 = 128
videoSizeTableW1 = 176
videoSizeTableH0 = 96
videoSizeTableH1 = 144
resolution = 1
videoDurationTable0 = 2
videoLengthOrder = 2
qualityOrder = 1
videoDurationTable1 = 10
videoDurationTable2 = -1
videoLength = 2
quality = 2

If we change them to like this:
[camvideo]
resolutionOrder = 0
videoSizeTableW0 = 320 (changed)
videoSizeTableW1 = 176
videoSizeTableH0 = 240 (changed)
videoSizeTableH1 = 144
resolution = 0 (changed)
videoDurationTable0 = 2
videoLengthOrder = 2
qualityOrder = 1
videoDurationTable1 = 10
videoDurationTable2 = -1
videoLength = 2
quality = 2

Can video record 320*240 at small resulotion in menu?
But i cant change it.Because its read only :(

The case is not about the configuration files, and the driver, which blocks access to 320 * 240 ... If you find this driver and edit it, will have 320 ....
