In Bulgaria the cost of Canon EOS 60D kit (18-135mm IS) + filter Hoya UV HMC (C) 67mm (PHL) is... 2700 levs. This is 1350 EURO... which is $1850... The difference is not because the filter... Separately they sell it for $50...
