I am just trying to help if any of you needs OEM E398 housing for cheap. My friend in Turkey ordered one full housing ( without keypad ) just for 14$ including the shipping, so i thought i'd let you know about it. Sorry, all are used :-/ Everybody in the family uses them..! Thank you! yes it can shipped to serbia.. just open that site and change destination country to serbia & montenegro. Shipping cost depend on the courier you choose.. Credit card is okay. My friend got his new oem blue housing in 14 days. They also sell the keypad and many e398 stuff, just make sure that you buy items which are stated as oem (original)

Of course it does have rubber layer, it's OEM housing :) The screen is brilliant. My friend is using it with a crystal case to protect from stracthes in daily use.
