MOTOSYNC is the motorola client implementation of SyncML protocol which allow to synchronize PIMs data with an online server. (see: wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SyncML)).
There are lots of free server online where you can register and synchronize all your contacts, calendar, task, etc.. with your mobile devices (E2 or E1).
For example, take a look at: mobical (https://www.mobical.net/mobical/main/)

Hope it will help.

Note: synchronizing use GPRS network.

for Mobical, here are settings
Code:
Sync server URL: http://www.mobical.net/sync/server
Username: Your Mobical username
Password: Your Mobical password
Contacts database: con
Calendar database: cal, or caltask if your phone synchronizes tasks to the same database as the calendar. If you can't specify the tasks database separately you should probably pick caltask.
Tasks database: task
Notes database: vnote or pnote if you get an error while synchronizing notes.
