Title: my MOTOROLA E398 failed to istalled Post by: codecifer on May 30, 2009, 10:50:59 pm i've been trying to connect my phone to my PC but it only see my phone but doesn't install at all. it would say cannot install the phone. the USB mode of file transfer is properly installed but the P2K cannot or DATA mode. I've also tried to use the advanced mode of installing the driver in a specific location of the drivers that i've downloaded at E398mod. com. i want to install themes and flash new firmware. please help. thank you

Clean the cable connector and goldpin under your phone connecter. Title: Re: my MOTOROLA E398 failed to istalled Post by: codecifer on June 06, 2009, 07:17:46 pm i had tried cleaning the pins of my connector. the same faith happens to the other motorola phones i connect like C650 and V180. it says " FOUND NEW HARDWARE Motorola USB Modem". Then CANNOT Install the HArdware. " A problem occured during installation. The hardware might not work properly". I also tried connecting to the other USB ports at the back. But still there is no use.
