Title: [E2] Quad Band without EDGE Post by: silentsnow31802 on October 12, 2008, 09:14:55 am I have searched and searched and I cannot find out how to enable Quad band on my E2 without having EDGE also. I know there are seems you can edit with Radiocomm but I dont know what ones. Can someone point me to the right direction?

The battery time problem which Polar_BearXL said is not so true... My phone is quadband (without the need for that) and I have no such battery life problems. If there is difference - it's minimal, which I cannot feel. I am having a problem though, when I connect the phone in USB Net mode I get a yellow dot in RadioComm and not a purple one like in the tutorial. I cannot get the Hex Data (number 4 in this picture... http://storage.e2mod.com/tutorials/seem/2.jpg) to show up and the green box on the top is red.
